Best known as the unmistakable voice of Nitzer Ebb, Douglas J. McCarthy helped shape the sound of Electronic Body Music with his powerful vocal delivery and uncompromising vision.

In 2012, Douglas released his debut solo album, Kill Your Friends, through Pylon Records. The album marked a bold extension of his legacy- merging electronic precision with raw emotional force.
